What is Ghassoul?

Ghassoul is also called Natural T'fel. It is North African Clay. Ghassoul means "to wash and clean," and is an ancient ingredient.
It is a natural way to clean skin and hair very thoroughly and
carefully. It has been used for centuries in North Africa
to clean and detoxify skin. We offer pure Ghassoul from the
North African Atlas Mountain quarries in the salon.
 It
can be a great addition to your skin care regimen. Ghassoul
looks like dry flakes and can be recomposed with warm water
to have a creamy texture. It is applied directly on a clean
face (of course avoiding eye contour). The result is that
large pores will appear smaller, skin will glow, the complexion
will look more even, and your skin will feel smoother.
